Alhaji Daiyabu Dauda, the Executive Secretary of the Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, announced the news in a press conference in Jos.
The message read, “Innallilahi wa inna ilaihir Raji’un, the Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Executive Secretary regrets to inform the passing away of one of our pilgrims in Makkah today at the Annur Specialist Hospital, where he was confined since May 31, 2024. He goes by Isma’ila Musa and is from Plateau State’s Mangu Local Government Area.
Our sincere condolences are extended to his immediate family, the Plateau State government, and its citizens. We also pray that Allah would accept his Hajj and grant him eternal rest.Amin, may Allah grant his family the strength to endure this irreversible loss.
